-Supervised and implemented the College Readiness 9th Grade UF campus visits for six UF Alliance High Schools, providing over 720 students with a two-day overnight, once in a lifetime college experience. These visits exposed students to interact with admission officers; student organizations; academic advisors; and other on campus resources, such as housing and the athletic department; and colleges such as the college of medicine, journalism, education, engineering, and agriculture -Developed and participated in student panels for the College Readiness 9th Grade UF campus visits where current UF students empowered high school freshmen students while sharing about the importance of school, community involvement, leadership and their experiences thus far at UF -Assisted, supervised and implemented many of the UF Alliance’s initiatives for promoting college access to urban minority students and professional development, such as Explorations in Teaching, Career Explorations, and Summer Leadership Institute-Developed, implemented and supervised the AVID 8th Grade UF campus visits, providing over 100 middle school students the opportunity to tour UF and become more knowledgeable about high school productivity and college life-Assisted in coordinating schedules, meals, and lodging for over 1000 students and faculty for the College Readiness 9th Grade UF campus visits, Explorations in Teaching, Career Explorations and Summer Leadership Institute-Daily office duties, including assisting office manager and training newly hired student assistants
