I have worked with companies such as Banco BCI, Mercado Pago, Midea Carrier, SURA, Mallplaza, MABE, and FIA.‣ Lead the improvement of Puentte's products and services to enhance the customer experience, generate solutions that address their problems, and have a greater impact on their businesses.‣ Design the learning experience for over 10 corporate programs in which more than 250 students have participated.‣ Develop and facilitate over 30 workshops (strategy, journey maps, jobs-to-be-done, design sprints, design thinking, OKR) to solve current and future problems of the customers.

As a Product Designer, my goal was to design a medical application to help students practice diagnostic processes through virtual patients.‣ Build the prototype used to apply for Start-Up Chile's Generation 20 and obtain seed capital of USD 40,000.‣ Develop the learning experience to help students practice diagnostic processes through virtual patients, personified through a chatbot.‣ Design the UX/UI of the app to be easy to learn and use for users.‣ Seek to listen to the voice of the consumer to continuously improve the product experience through concept and usability testing with over 60 users.

As a founder, my priority was to develop the business and design an end-to-end experience for participants in our video game tournaments such as League of Legends, Hearthstone, and Starcraft in LATAM.‣ Accelerate and promote the competitiveness of over +15,700 amateur and professional players.‣ Organize a total of 119 online tournaments for over +3,150 participating teams.‣ Partner with Battlefy and Riot Games to provide a total of USD 3,668 in prizes to be distributed between tournament participants.
