Greetings! I'm Leon Nagel, an entrepreneur and business strategist with roots in northern Germany near Kiel. My earliest memories are often intertwined with business meetings and entrepreneurship, thanks to my family's passionate commitment to our business. The thrill of creating, building, and nurturing ideas from scratch is deeply embedded in me - a legacy from my formative years in a business-centric household.My lifelong fascination for entrepreneurship prompted my initial forays into the business world, helping my family in any capacity I could, growing with every challenge, and fueling my ambition to create and innovate independently.At an early age, I embraced the power of global exposure and moved to Mexico, diving headfirst into an enriching three-year stint marked by extensive voluntary work and completion of my high school education. This period defined my worldview and cemented my dedication to a life full of action, learning, and service.Post-Mexico, I took my wanderlust and desire for knowledge to the cosmopolitan streets of London, the vibrant life of Madrid, and the innovative heart of Berlin, while studying for a Bachelor in Management. This transformative phase of my life introduced me to a dynamic network of brilliant minds and diverse personalities. Some of these encounters blossomed into partnerships, and we ventured into the thrilling world of startups, spanning across industries such as consumer software, agriculture trading and web3 blockchain/ fintech projectsMy journey as a founder was supplemented by an invaluable collection of experiences at accelerator programs and startup bootcamps, topped off with countless sessions of private mentoring.
