As a community manager, I managed the online aspect of the store: advertising, upkeep of the facebook page and webpage,listing inventory on ebay or other online auctions, creation of a youtube page, e-mailing customers with important information,research on valuable items.As a sales assistant, I helped customers inside the physical store, marked items in and put them out for sale, answered questions, set up displays, and cleaned. Consulted on the value of certain items where I had an area of expertise
