• Collaborate and develop with the Director in providing vision, leadership, and management for the Martin Luther King Jr. Program(MLK) and CLA President's Emerging Scholars (CLA PES) Programs
• Deliver leadership, vision, and strategic thinking for CLA Student Services and collegiate advising efforts in collaboration with the unit’s Assistant Directors
• Serve as advisor to a subset of CLA PES students enrolled in CLA including BFA students in Music, Dance, and Theater
