• Help customers find the right computer, printer, phone, etc for their needs.• Every Saturday I teach and demonstrate a new technology product to customers (i.e. VR Headsets, drones, etc).• Register Technical Support tickets.

• Providing technical support for all AGS employees by utilizing remote administrative tools.• Managing IT assets and working with the IT team to maintain critical network infrastructure.• Utilizing the asset management and network administrative tools Lansweeper and avast business to administer the network and assets within the domain.• Creating and updating IT and Help Desk standard operating procedure documentation as well as creating and analyzing resource reports (i.e. Bandwidth utilization).• Implement new hardware assets such as laptops, phones, servers, etc. While maintaining records off all assets and there configurations.• Management of Active Directory/Exchange Users, network printers, and file servers.• Insuring all users have the appropriate "drives" (Shared folders on file servers) mapped, and that there user has the correct permissions for said drive.• Cleaning printers, assigning scanning assess for users, replacing printer parts and troubleshooting related issues.• Setting up Network IP and VPN clients for off-site access.• Tracking, organizing and managing spare assets.• Working on new tools and projects that I think will help improve the workflow of the IT Department. Two examples of projects completed so far include: 1) A script written in node JS to automatically retrieve bandwidth charts (PDF's) from our ISP for every site and organize them properly. 2) Another node JS script to take asset information from Lansweeper and maintain a Company Property form (word doc) for each employee.
