Educates members on TDECU mortgage loan services, promotions including home equity, improvement loans, refinances, and land loans. Approves and Denies Builders. Construction draws to builders, and puts together the beginning stages of the loan- Answers general questions also directs members to the appropriate department for specialized services. Sends Draws out to Builders via wire transfer, orders inspections and requests Slab Survey and Final Survey. Provides Payoffs once construction is complete. Makes sure all documents are provided for Loan Modification. Assists in Modification. Actively participates in community relations activities and groups to represent TDECU.

Provides exceptional service to our members, accepts account deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, cashiers checks, money orders, and verify member signature. Accepts payments for loans, credit cards, auto and mortgage. Maintains and accurate record for all transactions. Accurately balances gift cards, coin tickets, cashiers checks, and the vault work daily.
