Tutor and Laboratory Demonstrator for ENGG1300 Engineering Mechanics 1.

Responsible for the regular upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and frontline repairs in the restaurant including but not limited to smallwares, food equipment, and other restaurant equipment. Responsible for escalating and communicating further repairs and service requests, in addition to completing any and all ongoing necessary requirements to ensure the continuing ability of the restaurant to sell menu items.

Responsible for the ongoing operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to budgeting, targets, people compliance, food safety management, rostering, stock management, hiring, training, payroll, and managing the day-to-day requirements of the restaurant. Managing profitability and projecting sales to ensure consistent business performance in line with the restaurant and business plan

Responsible for a single department within the restaurant including but not limited to hiring and training, stock management, and rostering. Involved in the profitability and budget management of the restaurant, and enabling the day-to-day functions of the restaurant.

Responsible for the immediate operations of the restaurant including but not limited to people compliance, managing profitability and labour hours, checking real-time sales data and making decisions which impact the restaurant immediately to ensure operations and functionality of the restaurant to provide quality, service and cleanliness to customers. Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the staff working under my supervision, and ensuring the safety and security of the restaurant.

- Executed promotional campaigns to drive sales, including creating salient displays, discounts, and communicating with marketing teams.- Informed on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make decisions on product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies. - Implemented planograms to optimize product placement and maximize store space utilization, enhancing overall shopping experience.

Engaged in one-on-one private tutoring sessions with high school students studying the HSC, assisting with Mathematics up to and including Mathematics Extension 2, Physics, Chemistry, and Engineering Studies.
