Helping contractors across New Zealand meet their temporary traffic management requirements for projects of all sizes - Forward Planning, Traffic Management Plan Design, Barrier Design & Approval, Traffic Impact Assessments, Onsite Auditing and more.

Assisting with the deliver of the Temporary Traffic Management Planning (TTMP) workshop for the new CoPTTM competency model. This includes reviewing students assessments for their qualification in TMP planning and design.

In this role, I provided consent, compliance and coordination of Temporary Traffic Management in relation to the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM). I managed the approval and sign off of corridor access requests, this involves accepting contractors to undertake the work, complete inspections to accepted standards with sign off into a warranty period. I also manage vegetation compliance issues.

This role required extensive liaison with internal colleagues (including project managers, environmental, procurement etc) to ensure all contractors were working in a compliant and safe manner.I maintained working relationships with councillors, community board reps, businesses, and the general public to address concerns raised to the CCC.During my time in this role, I developed numerous best practice guidance documents and other tools for industry use e.g. regional cyclists and bus best practice documents.I was active as CTOC HSR and a member of the CTOC health and safety committee.

Here I was spending a lot of my day to day role liaising with contractors and the RCA to develop suitable traffic management and construction methodologies in situations where a standard approach did not fit.During my time here I successfully project managed, to completion, the delivery of the central city advance warning perimeter (part of the local RCAs CITTM project).

I designed traffic management plans for a variety of internal and external clients.
