I support the Money Movement team (Zelle, Bill Pay, Real-Time Payments) with end-to-end research leveraging a variety of research techniques, including usability testing, ethnographic research, quantitative usage data.

I support the research for Time and Benefit products in the National Account Space. This includes a combination of enterprise and consumer facing products.Products I have done a lot of work on here include: Benefits Configuration Control, a tool that supports both internal and client benefit practitioners for configuring and administering benefit plans, as well as creating custom rules.Employee Data Assignments, a tool that supports both internal and client time practitioners for assigning time and permission rules to groups of employees. MyADP, I've supported the TAM side of the MyADP experience that helps employees apply for leave and submit supporting documentation.

UX Researcher for the Emerging Technology Department. I specialize in testing interfaces on mobile phones including app and mobile web. Projects I support with research here include the Project Color App, the Home Depot App, and the Color Wall (under Paint). Since I have been working with the app team, we were awarded #1 Retail App by Forrester for 2019! Our new filter design has seen a 30% increase with filter interaction, 49 bps lift in percentage of product detail page visits, and 13 bps conversion increase for customers who interacted with the new sort and filter. App 1-Click Checkout has also been highly successful and brought in 52% of cross-channel instant checkout orders.Other projects I have been involved in are the redesign of the Project Color and Home Depot paint experiences. We've worked on the UI for the See It In My Space and Color Match, as well as a Pinterest integration and a Color Style Quiz

Developed course content for a Human Centered Cyber-security course as part of an interdisciplinary team. The grant this course is being developed for is part of a larger NSA initiative to offer open source curriculum content for a variety of cyber-security specialties.I supervised 2 criminology students to help create content for a cybercriminal course as well.

I work with an Agile development team to complete Data Solutions for clients, with a federated database, Node.js, and React.js framework.
