They are tasked with ensuring our client's openings are properly advertised, a vast amount of interviews have been scheduled, candidates have been successfully screened and the best possible person has been selected and assigned to fill the opening our client has. I work alongside our insurance broker to ensure the best worker's compensation coverage as well as ancillary coverage is obtained and managed. Review and management of TSIL reporting is needed to ensure proper claims management, coding and certificates of insurance are properly provided for client coverage.- Create & Submit RFP and IFB proposals for potential business for Reliance offices. - Manage sales staff, advertising and marketing for Reliance. - Manage contracts with clients who utilize our services.- Manage vendor contracts from services we require such as drug testing, uniform rental, background screening services, job boards, office supplies, etc. - Review P/L for each office monthly and computation of sales incentive and bonus program for all staff members.
