Temporary assignment as the Superintendent of DPW in the City of Hoboken, New Jersey. Involved in the study of the Department for operations and maintenance procedures and responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of a staff of 65 employees.

Responsible for the day to day activities, administration and operations of the Borough of Rutherford, a municipality in Southern Bergen County with a population of 18,100. Direct a staff of approximately 191 including Police, Water & Sewer, Fire, Public Works, Finance, Tax, Health and related activities. Annual operating budget $26 million.Represented Borough at State, County and local level (member of the Executive Board of the Chamber of Commerce).

Borough Administrator and CEO of an upscaled municipality in Northwest Bergen County. Responsible for the day to day operations, maintenance, and administration of a staff 55 employees and municipaly facilities. Oversees an operating budget of $12.0 million plus a capital budget of over $4.0 million. Responsibilities include every facet of municipality operations including architecture and planning and site security. Obtained over $5.3 million dollars for capital and operating funds.Previouly, obtained over five million dollars in grant monies over 6 years for the Borough of Allendale, started and completed road projects that were first planned by others in 1978, and provided oversight/design for the construction of a new 9000 S.F. State-of-Art Allendale Police HQ building (a $3.2 M project that was finished under budget).

Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of 25 County owned and/or leased facilities, including the Bergen County Justice Center and 500,000 Square Foot County Administration Complex. Direct a Division with 106 employees, and an operating budget of $9.0 million plus a capital budget of over $5.0 million. Responsibilities include architecture and planning, a facilities and contract management, fleet management, telecommunications, mail and delivery, janitorial, and site security. Instituted the County’s first preventive maintenance and energy management programs, and initiated and directed the development of the County’s first ever long range Facility Master Plan.

Responsible for total property management for PaineWebber, Inc, at Lincoln Harbor, Weehawken, NJ, a one million SF back office financial and securities facility as well as two other off site locations. Managed a budget in excess of $20 million and supervised a staff of 128 employees.

The Port Authority of New York and New JerseyFacility Manager/PATH Journal Square Transportation Center Selected to be the Facility Manager for the new PATH Journal Square Transportation Center, Jersey City NJ, a 1.0 million S.F. multi-modal transportation facility. Responsibilities included all management of administration, facility operations and maintenance, a revenue generating 600 car parking operation, a ten story office complex, consumer services and patron access to the PATH Train Station and Bus Terminal.Directed and controlled the daily operation and administration of this major public transportation facility in Hudson County, NJ. Supervised architectural, mechanical,, electrical, and general maintenance, including janitorial and sanitation programs. .
