Responsible for maintaining the budget while delivering a quality product and managing the staff to ensure all duties of the property were running efficiently. Processed rent, posted invoices, prepared legal lease paperwork, prepared legal eviction notices, leased apartments, worked closely with vendors to ensure all contract work was performed according to standards.
