MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES1. Recruitment (Non-tech): - Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions (up to Supervisor level), specializing in Advertising & SocialTech Industry.- Attract talents and develop talent pipeline through job posting, networking, headhunting.- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and counsel the Hiring Managers related to recruitment activities.- Use recruitment metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement based on data.2. Employer Branding:Collaborate with the EB team on various projects from planning to implementation to attract external talent and increase internal engagement:- Employer Branding: Job Fair, Company Credentials, EVP project.- Engagement Activities: Year End Party, Company Trip, Team Building, YouNet’s Birthday Party, “YouNet Move for Hope” Run Race, and other activities.
