Sales Training Specialist
CurrentTrain newly hired Financial Sales Representatives (FSR) and provide continuing education for existing FSR. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions. Create interactive course materials for maximum participant engagement. Resource for FSR when they have questions in regards to processes and procedures. Work alongside Talent Acquisitions and Human Resources to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Perform follow up visits with FSR to ensure they are fulfilling expectation requirements.
