I litigate bet-the-company antitrust cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. I am also experienced in other complex commercial cases, including significant experience in securities litigation. My appellate practice covers a wide variety of subject matters as well as Supreme Court advocacy.I am a Cuban-American born and raised in Miami. I currently live in DC though my cases are all over the country. I am fluent in Spanish and French.I am deeply committed to building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. I mentor law students through The Appellate Project, and I am active in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.Prior to joining MoloLamken, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.Before law school, I received a Fulbright Grant to serve as a visiting scholar at L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, France. While there, I studied Black Madonnas and racial identity.
