- Responsible for ~56M acres of operated leasehold across 43 DSUs including over 48 new drills.- Handled the day to day lease and contract maintenance for nearly 50% of ConocoPhillips' operated Bakken position, including title curative, joint-interest-billing discrepancies, and well operations/recompletions.- Created and implemented Federal Communitization Agreement (CA) process, having provided guidance to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Office of Natural Resources Revenue for consistent handling of the overlapping DSUs within the Bakken asset.- Initiated the unconventional creation of (2) 12M Ac. Federal Units for development optimization to navigate challenges created by surface constraints, protected habitat, facility challenges and lack of pipeline infrastructure.- Led negotiations and economic evaluation of multiple bolt-on acreage positions totaling over 3M Ac.- Served as Land Lead for the Bakken Holistic Water Strategy Team to develop a resource document and applicable SWD Well agreement template.- Presented the training/rollout of the 2015 Model-Form JOA to L48 Land staff and served as review committee member.- Served as COPC Government Affairs Rep. for the North Dakota Petroleum Foundation’s 2019 Bakken Rocks CookFest.- Cultivated external legal counsel relationships for all business unit assets, maintaining associated attorney engagement letters.- Collaborated with solution integrators to create a cessation of production Spotfire tool with real-time Quorum land lease data, identifying single-well and critical leasehold wells which was adopted in additional L48 assets.

- Moved to Bakken asset as a part of a special task force charged with alleviating the backlog of joint venture discrepancies and suspended funds which had accumulated since the 2012 - 2013 ramp-up of the asset.- Assisted Treasury Dept. in addition of wire-transfer payment capability to better serve landowners outside the US.- Identified and developed process enhancements to ensure title work and revenue payments were kept evergreen, reducing the amount of future joint venture discrepancies and suspended funds.

- Ensured Niobrara wells were drill-ready by completing title curative, drilling and spacing unit write-ups, lease extension/renewals, and applications/ballots for new drills.

Worked as a hydraulic fracturing intern for Chesapeake Energy subsidiary -Performance Technologies- worked with field engineers and management as well as substantial experience operating the heavy equipment involved in fracking. Through time in the office and in the field learned the ins and outs of how the company functioned and had a chance to work in many of its different areas. Stimulated oil wells in mid continent region via hydraulic fracturing while learning to operate machinery used on hydraulic fracturing jobs. Created and integrated computer generated database of all wells completed by PTL since its establishment in; Presented completed project to board of Presidents and management members within COS.
