A dedicated association professional with the operational, financial and leadership skills to help a board of directors and staff achieve their strategic goals with determination and follow through. I got my first taste of the association profession when I moved to Milwaukee in 1999 and started working at the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee in membership and education. Moving to Arizona in 2006, I became general manager for the American Association of Cosmetology Schools where I served in that roll for 11 years. I currently enjoy serving as the executive director of the United States Swim School Association. My career has allowed me to build upon what I've learned and build upon the commonalities found even in unrelated industries.
