At Workopolis I was one of the main points of contact at the service desk. I was responsible for helping my fellow colleagues during times of technical duress. I worked with a ticketing system to ensure that all technical problems were resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I am proud to say that on user feedback surveys, I consistantly recieved "excellent" feedback.In addition to being a technical support rockstar, I also was involved in several projects to improve the infrastructure and overall user experience at Workopolis. I was involved with the upgrade from PBX to a Cisco VOIP system. During this project, I helped with the physical deployment of over 100 devices. I was also the primary instructor for information sessions that were held to instruct on use of the phone features.I maintained a WDS server, refreshing images as needed.I built and configured our SCCM2012 server, in order to help automate several of our processes, including software and image deployment Show less
