The 5th Gear Riders is a club for passionate motorbike riders or car drivers, who is looking for minded people to ride along. We are a club for lower segment bikes (minimum 150CC) or car drivers who love to be on the road and share mutual love for road tripping.Roles and Responsibilities- Manage new registrations of the riders/drivers.- Involved in marketing and promotion of the club.- Plan and organize rides within India.- Organize charity events within India.- Manage and maintain the social media accounts, website, meetup group etc.

- Experienced in all phases of software life cycle like analysis,designing, developing, testing, packaging, installing,configuring and maintaining the call recording product SonicView ICAP.- Development of features like Data Migration of SonicView to SonicView ICAP, Data Management etc.- Managing and guiding team to deliver the product within committed deadlines.- Assisting Customer Support team to resolve production related issues.- Delegating production issues to relevant developers.- Hands-on Experience on tools and softwares like Eclipse, FlexBuilder, Jira, VS Code, VS 2019, GIT and SVN.

- Designing, Developing, Testing and Packaging of Call Recording Product : SonicView.- Development of features like Call tagging, Audit Trail, Shared Playlist, Data management etc.- Development of utility softwares like SonicView Monitoring Tool, Recording File Generator.- Development of SonicView Dashboard using PowerBi and SQLServer

* Developing Web based Application using Adobe Flex Technology (Pure MVC) as Application Side and Server side in Grails and Groovy.* Storing data in CSV files and accessing it through SQL query* Reporting using Dynamic Jasper
