The office on average had 165 patient visits a week, I was the only front desk and the manager worked primarily at the Scarborough office so I oversaw everything and reported to her when needed.

1 of 40 Disney College Program Alumni chosen to participate in the 2 month, Florida based program during the busy holiday months at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I performed various demanding jobs such as Holiday Host where I kept guests calm in times of long waiting periods. I was pulled where needed, whether that be doing dishes, making pizza or organizing guests. Through this experience I learned how to operate efficiently, stay organized and fulfill a high level of customer service expectation.

These jobs included hosting and cashiering at The Plaza Inn, one of Disneyland's most popular restaurants. When not working I attended leadership lectures and seminars held by Disney executives.
