As a project manager at Mirchev Ideas, I tried to do my best in helping my colleagues with any personal or work related issues that they had thus provide them with a better work environment and greater work satisfaction.My responsibilities as a project manager at Mirchev Ideas included the following:- Wining over new clients by understanding their requirements and presenting them with detailed price quotes.- Explaining the projects' details to the developers and helping them with any issues that arise during the processes of design and development.- Status monitoring of current projects.- Constant communication with clients in order to make sure that their requirements are properly met.Most of the projects that I've managed are in the area of e-commerce business and are build upon the company's e-commerce product.Other projects that I managed were in the areas of finance and PPC (pay per click) systems.

During this period I was working mainly on projects which were build on the top of the company's e-commerce product. One of them was an online store with a huge product list which needed a lot of optimisations in both the database and source code levels.Used technologies: PHP, MySQL and Javascript
