Having extensive experience as a data and analytics manager and a data engineer, I have a proven track record of leading and delivering data-driven projects that support program performance, research initiatives, and business objectives in the healthcare sector. My background in addiction counseling and psychology also gives me a unique perspective and insight into the behavioral and social aspects of health and wellness.At Solutran, I launched a new Data & Analytics department to provide reliable and timely reporting on various health and wellness programs, such as Healthy Savings and Healthy Benefits Plus. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data needs, design solutions, and communicate insights and recommendations. My goal is to leverage data assets to improve health outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
