• Managed service programs at 15 sites in Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean & coordinated 50 teams of volunteers per year. • Developed new programs in Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands; evaluated existing programs making improvements as needed; maintained relationships with community-based host organizations. • Managed team leaders & country managers, & planned and conducted training sessions. Led teams of volunteers to Costa Rica, Vietnam, Puerto Rico & Ghana.
• Managed short-term volunteer program in four rural communities in Jamaica. • Led over 20 teams of volunteers at sites in Jamaica, as well as to Russia and Poland.• Coordinated work projects with community leaders; monitored budgets & progress of projects.
