This included many months in fast paced kitchens and food preparation. Daylesford is an organic farm whose ethos is sustainable, organic, healthy future for our children, planet, animals, and farmers. Head office is based in the Cotswolds with four shops and restaurants based in West London. - I worked as part of a 12-month placement programme allowing 3 people to work between the 7 production units, 4 restaurants, and 2 customer facing roles. Learning new skills through artisan techniques of food prep, production, and presentation with the best in industry.I additionally worked on research projects for head office including strategy and research for uplifting their cheese sector of this business, looking into more events for knowledge sharing within their farming sector, and working with sustainability trust on how to help raise awareness. Sadly these events were cancelled due to covid-19, including my contract.
