With a passion to work among entities that impact communities locally and globally, I thrive in environments that seek creative innovation and holistic transformation. After 4 years working in Southeast Asia with entrepreneurs that aim to create businesses that integrates job creation and community development in the developing world, I returned to my hometown in Northwest Arkansas to pursue an opportunity to work with a local refugee resettlement agency where my familial upbringing and experience as a daughter of refugees and immigrants ignited my interest in being involved with assisting newcomers from various countries, diverse backgrounds, and multitude of languages. With my accumulative years of working in the non-profit sector, I have a continued desire to cultivate a welcoming environment for all, create effective and efficient systems of change and to become a thought leader amongst my colleagues. I believe in working collectively with excellence while highly valuing integrity, inclusion, and a safe work environment where diverse and differing ideas and perspectives are welcomed and challenged.
