Served as project lead and project manager on several course development assignments for CDC’s OneLab Initiative that focused on federal policies, clinical protocols, and biosafety procedures. Conducted needs assessments to identify community knowledge gaps in public health related to health equity and science information. Managed and monitored projects through all phases of development to ensure accuracy and timely dissemination. Ensured compliance of e-learning courses with P.A.C.E. and/or C.M.E standards while contributing to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Outreach & Engagement Team within CDC’s OneLab. Distilled and simplified laboratory education/training content to meet plain language requirements. Applied the ADDIE model to plan, design, and launch a variety of communication products including, but not limited to, toolkits, job aids, eLearning courses, infographics, and webinars to meet objectives and improve skillsets. Accomplishments:Served as project lead in developing multiple styles of standardized benchtop reference job aids for the rule-out or refer (ROOR) to aid clinical and public health professionals in safely identifying potential biothreats, as well as trading card templates that could be used if the course was also launched on the VR platform.Served as team lead on the OneLab reach enhancement workgroup created to identify ways to further customize the subsections of the newly launched OneLab reach website for internal CDC users that will include live event support and a centralized location for e-learning training courses and other training materials for laboratory training staff, as well as other landing pages designed specifically for specialized groups that will house a full repository of all relevant training materials for each respective group.Recognized for excellence in project management.Developed project tracking database for use by leadership.
