About Lauryn Luderman, Phd
I received a Neuroscience PhD from Vanderbilt University (March 2022), and my thesis work investigated mechanisms of nerve axon growth and innervation of muscles. Over my years in research, I developed a passion for microscopy and in vivo imaging to visualize important cellular and molecular mechanisms. My interests drove me to develop unique image analysis pipelines to address and answer my research questions. I use the skills I developed to help researchers utilize and understand microscopy and image analysis to answer important scientific questions. My background image is an image I took of a zebrafish larvae stained with a pan-neuronal antibody (red) and a glutamate receptor (green) antibody.
