Volunteer Software Mentor for an all-girls FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) robotics team founded in October 2014. The team’s mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where girls can build confidence in themselves, their abilities, and what they are capable of through building robots.

As a Senior Program Manager at Invetech, I manage numerous innovative and successful projects for diagnostic medical devices. My role is to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, designers and technicians to successfully plan, design, prototype, test, and guarantee a smooth transfer to manufacture for complex diagnostic medical devices.

As a software engineer, I participated in many projects dedicated to creating software for both new and existing medical devices for use in labs, hospitals, and the field. My responsibilities included tasks such as designing software architecture, crafting business logic, and building user-friendly GUI front ends. Quality is always at the forefront of my work, and I initially contributed by writing test code and executing software verification, before moving to defining software requirements to set a solid project foundation.
