As operational analyst in Wind Power Operations I am a part of many various projects in a fast paced technological environment. The main scope of my tasks is:- Responsible for developing and implementing IT-Change used at all offshore sites to support daily operation. Furthermore I do on-site training for cross-organisational employees in the system. The project is a new real-time monitoring project where: Geo-location, production data, vessel data, weather info and so on is used to real-time monitor all DONG Energy's offshore turbines.- Project management of internal projects - Development, change and implementation- Weekly and monthly management reporting (SAP BI + Excel)- KPI reporting and KPI development / follow-up at Site- Monthly JV reporting

- Responsible of developing and implementing IT-Change at all offshore sites. Develop, implement and train cross-functional and cross-organisational employees in a newly developed infoboard system-Report and develop a daily ”Turbine Down” sent out to specialist and management in Wind Power -Assist, develop and operate an internal course in OPS with focus on understand and improve Wind Power in DONG Energy from an employee angle-Various ad-hoc tasks : Governance models, Joint Venture reporting, data understanding, data de-velopment and support with technical Wind Turbines issues

Sales- and contact person for engineering students at Aarhus University - Herning. I was responsible for a small board of 8 volunteers, recruting new members, and developing a new strategy. I also managed 20 events pr. year with a 150.000 kr. budget.Furthermore I was a part of the team, that formulated the strategy and started-up Yngre Faglig Forum (YFF), which is a group arranging academic events, where young engineers can meet up with people like-minded.
