working in production as a production engineer and production planning control head. Preparing the monthly production plan and distribute to all concern departments. Analysis the available resources and discuss with concern departments for making arrangement of required resources and facilities. Take stock of Manpower, Machines, and Material department to achieve the given production plan. Prepare production reports on daily basis. Highlight and make corrective action for any shortfall / Interruption in continuing the production. Responsible for store, Inventory control and material transaction. Coordinate with Plant Manager and all related department Heads/ Teams like Materials, Production, Maintenance, store logistic etc to ensure timely production and dispatches of supplies.
