Senior Records Associate Level Ii / Team Lead
Current Oversees records retention and destruction activities for the office in compliance with legal requirements. Meets regularly with customer contact and other member of the customer’s management team. Provides daily supervision of six Records Associates, two Warehouse Workers and oversees training and provides development opportunities. Responsible for the indexing, classification and assignment of files. Updates records inventory database. Leads on special projects involving record reviews and record indexing. Handle records management duties to support customer activities ensuring company program and policy requirements are met for all company records. Onsite file services, which includes retrieval, re-file and offsite storage and disposition management of oil, gas and seismic records. Coordinates workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to staff to facilitate work processes Acts as a Safety Coordinator; coordinates and trains during Safety Meetings with all Novitex employees on a daily basis. Records and forwards copies of all safety related meetings, programs safety pre-plans, inspections, and correspondence to Manager. Conducts weekly documented facility inspection / audits. Post and keep current all required safety documents and literature. Monitors safety efforts of staff. Interprets and completes data entry providing details and processes and completed orders for all types of well maps for internal or offshore employees used for data research. Supports Quality Management system, assists in the development of procedures, work instructions and quality system documents, and actively participating in the improvement system process. Ensures daily workflow meets key checkpoints by creating and monitoring weekly metrics productivity reports and customer queues. Conducts audits on all Records Associates work and participates in the corrective and preventative action process.
