- Define the business plan & strategy for brand/account, in terms of P&L, assortment growth, budget management and brand partnership.- Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising as product pricing, sale through & marketing strategy to work with brands.- Conduct weekly and monthly planning and forecast regarding Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, Demand planning & Buying plan- Work with internal warehouse to maintain desirable ATP and DOI rates. - Develop professional relationships with external teams (Shopee and Lazada) to ensure baseline sales; fully prepared or campaigns.- NMV reached respectively 90% and 110% in Campaigns 11.11, 12.12 and Tet on Lazada.
