I’ve consulted film directors on British Royal protocol on the set of Steven Spielberg’s film The BFG, advised representatives of business and social etiquette in the pharmaceutical and financial industries, and created an after-school etiquette program for students at inner city schools. My keen interest in proper etiquette stems from a long family history of etiquette training. My great-uncle was a Toastmaster at a luxury hotel in London; a great-aunt acted as an etiquette advisor for visiting royalty and dignitaries; and another great-aunt designed fine accessories and monograms at an haute couture boutique in turn-of-the-century Italy and Geneva, Switzerland (including the company logo I use today).My mission is to help people engage with everyone equally and with respect.
