This conviction led me to begin working on climate communication as early as 2005, long before the concept became mainstream.I have been fortunate to explore a diverse range of disciplines and roles, building my expertise through experiences as a state department head, CMO in the publishing industry, deputy director in a climate organization, and entrepreneur in two companies.Today, I advise companies, executive teams, and boards on transforming purpose into profitable action. My focus lies in strategy development, operating models, and the intersection of artificial intelligence and human creativity.Over the past six years as a business owner and advisor, I have helped more than 25 companies achieve better results in their communication and marketing efforts. I also speak at conferences and moderate debates on creativity, technology, and communication.

CurrentAs an advisor, I help companies align their purpose with business while preparing them for future challenges. I operate at the intersection of people and technology, often with a focus on communication and marketing. With deep insight into how technologies, regulation, and market trends transform businesses, I help brands navigate a new era, drive change, and create future-proof solutions. My goal is always to provide clear direction and translate strategies into measurable results.Examples of my areas of expertise👇:★ Advising on storytelling and purpose-driven strategy to strengthen brands and drive growth.★ Strategic guidance on communication and marketing strategies.★ Facilitating workshops, keynotes, and debates.★ Advising on digital transformation projects, including AI, automation, and developing digital customer journeys.★ Teaching strategic communication, branding, and AI-supported processes. My journey began in June 2019 when I decided to take a new direction in my professional life. I left a dream position as Marketing Director at Gyldendal Publishing to gain more freedom and flexibility. At the time, I didn’t know exactly what the future would bring, but I haven’t looked back since.I thoroughly enjoy working with my greatest passions for a diverse range of organizations and companies such as: ZOO, American Friends of Statens Museum for Kunst, LAARK, Ørestad Classical Music Festival, Husted Vin, Opeepl, Mannaz, Nature Impact, Bonava, Verdens Skove, Forlaget Columbus, MEND, Dansk Vandrelaug, Kaplan Praksis, and many more.
Ceo
CurrentIn the fall of 2020, together with my partner Gitte Christensen, I took over the largest art fair in the Nordics, Art Nordic, with a clear vision to transform it into something greater. From being a traditional fair, we have now turned Art Nordic into a dynamic online gallery and a platform for creative development and expression. Today, Art Nordic serves as a digital hub that brings art closer to people and supports artistic innovation across borders.
Censor
In 2018, I was encouraged to take on the role of censor at the Department of Communication and Arts at Roskilde University, Denmark. I still accept two annual censor assignments at Roskilde because it is a great opportunity for me to stay up to date and meet young talents within the field of strategic communications.
Cmo
After working in green transition for several years and fulfilling my dream of working in central administration, I realized after four years that it was time for a radical change. Despite the incredibly high level of competence and dedication I experienced in the ministry, I knew it wasn’t where I wanted to spend the rest of my career. I wanted to work with what was—and still is—closest to my heart: creativity, people, and technology. I was fortunate to return to the world of literature when I landed the role of Marketing Manager at Gyldendal Publishing. This opportunity allowed me to combine my greatest passion with my interest in both the digital and commercial sides of communication.
Head Of Group Communications
After three years of working with energy and climate projects at the local level, I began to look towards national and international climate policy. I therefore applied for the position as head of group communication in what was at that time the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Building - later the Ministry of Energy, Supply and Climate. Here I functioned as Head of Corporate Communications and the press department. Later I was asked to also take on the role as Head of the Ministerial Secretariat and Executive Secretariat. Being an outsider, not trained in the procedures and workflows of the central administration, I experienced a very steep learning curve. I feel very privileged having had the opportunity to use my communication skills in an organization characterized by extremely high professionalism, competence and purposefulness. From working in the Ministry I gained a significantly better understanding of the complexity that lies in enabling the transition from a fossil-based to a zero-carbon energy system on an international level. In that concern, those years did not nurture my climate optimism, but I left with an enormously high degree of respect and gratitute towards the people working in the Danish central administration.
Head Of Communications
As a responsible citizen, mother and optimist, I wanted to help deal with one of the greatest challenges of our time - climate change. When I was offered the opportunity to work for Gate 21, a puplic-private-initiative working with climate projects between the private sector and the Danish municipalities, it felt like an invitation to make a difference. That it was, too. But it was also an invitation to experience with your own eyes, brain and mind exactly how complicated it is to enable a society to transition from a fossil fuel-based energy system to green energy. My career at Gate 21 started in the role as PR consultant and evolved into the role as Head of Communications and events. In our department of 5 talented and har working professionals, we were responsible for with communications strategy, websites, membership magazine, press relations, newsletters and conferences. Never before or since in my career have I experienced a culture with the same degree of entrepreneurial spirit and professional determination like the one I experienced at Gate 21. Those were 3 very encouraging and fun years of my career.
Senior Advisor / Acting Ceo
I was hired as a senior PR consultant for companies in the fields of fashion, finance, design and lifestyle. I advised clients on marketing, strategic communication, event PR and product launches. From July 2010 I was acting CEO with responsibility for the agency's clients and for the ongoing operation and management of the office.
