SAP-TM Project Roll Out Leader • Lead the team and responsible for making sure global SAP-TM implementation and roll-in is properly planned, managed and successfully implemented within the defined timeline and scope in Greater China • Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the Business requirements and the group / corporate governance and standards• Coordinate and prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications jointly with the Business owners• Create conceptual specifications and application design documents for the own area of responsibility, based on the user requirements• Support production rollouts through communication and coordination with the responsible departments and suppliersMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES CFS / Warehousing • Research to improve all warehouse operation according to company’s objectives• Monitor / ensure the subcontractor that their quality services provided meets our customer’s requirement• Analyze and calculate the current operation methods and proactively propose cost saving and efficiency measures to the Director of Hong Kong and South ChinaWarehousing Project• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents• Support Great China regions project implementation, training and deploymentTraining• Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia-aids and other educational material • Arrange maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. • Designing, delivering Transport and Logistics related training programs for Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Zhongshan and Macau

The primary purposes of the role are:i. To ensure that ‘Managed Solutions’ products are sold, implemented and operated with the highest level of operational excellence and efficiency.ii.
