• SAP-TM Project Roll Out Leader
• Lead the team and responsible for making sure global SAP-TM implementation and roll-in is properly planned, managed and successfully implemented within the defined timeline and scope in Greater China
• Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the Business requirements and the group / corporate governance and standards
• Coordinate and prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications jointly with the Business owners

Training* Coordinate with the individual offices to execute training to employees in seafreight, airfreight, CFS warehousing, and value added services.* Designing, delivering Transport and Logistics related training programs for Hong Kong and China* Recommending and suggesting training programs to managementValue Added Services * Plan, organize, supervise.

Hong Kong And South China

* Sea Freight Export Operation, Global Key Account Implementation & Supervision* Strategic Consulting for South China, including China Customs issues, Customs Bonded facility regulations * Advising the bonded warehouse operation value added service plan* Instruction on warehouse workstation setup * Analysis cost saving model for clients* Basic Sea Freight.

Training * Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia-aids and other educational material * Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by giving test after the training* Designing, delivering Transport and Logistics related training programs for Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan and MacauCFS/Warehousing* Manage warehouse.

Increased the outsource warehouse capability at Yantian and Nanshan, which deployed from 1 bonded CFS size at 5,000 sqm upto 6 bonded (BLP or CCAEW) CFS's in total over 80,000 sqm. Deploying the project team, various pick and pack and value added services* Manage 58 operation staffs in the global Order Management Team to ensure the smooth functioning of.
