• Newcomer care: Make sure they get on well with working environment.• Prepare equipments and working place for newcomers and employees.• Request VDI ( Virtual Desktop Infrastructure ) and support employees to connect to IT in case any VDI problems happen. • Manage seat map, report seat map data monthly.• YU/ events support ( Plan ideas, book restaurant, send MR, design and make certificates award ceremony, PR program/ campaigns…)• Remind employees to finish compulsory courses and important tasks.• Asset purchase and management.

• Welcome and take care C level.• Research/ record customer profile. • Contact and communicate with customer to make agenda and logistics for the trip.

• To be fully competent on using livestream equipments ( sound card, microphone, livestream app,…)• Interact with audiences( chatting, singing, gaming,…)• Create topic for broadcasting.

• Welcome passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or traveling with children. • To be fully proficient at all manual or automated check-in processes.• To be available to cater for any customers’ special requests, needs and complaints. • Report any accidents/incidents to the manager. • Support events/ conferences of the company
