Redesigned a website that catered to the diverse needs of all personas (participants, volunteers, sponsors) through user-centered design principles.* Resulting in a successful launch of the new website.

Collaborated with a design team to leverage affinity maps, personas, user stories, and user flows to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that meets both user and business needs.

Created a project plan, defined individual responsibilities, and designed an onboarding flow, as well as two use cases to increase user engagement and retention. Delivered the final handoff including competitive analysis, two iterations of wireframe designs, a high-fidelity prototype, style guide, and usability testing feedback.
