• Lead a team to manage daily logistics operations in the aspect of process, system, service quality, resource optimization, and related planning that delivers excellent service quality to customers.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the operations and implementing a cost optimization program to reduce cost and improve profitability.
• Work closely with relevant departments to develop demand forecasts and involve S&OP
• Handle Inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure minimal discrepancy

• Involve administrative and operational aspects of the logistics function such as stock logging, payment, delivery monitoring, stock take, warehousing, and operations.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies of irregularities. identifies and proposes solutions for conflicts between Supply, Demand, and available stock.
• Manage performance and build strong partnerships with 3PLs to support strong business growth.
• Handle Inbound and outbound shipments, verify Invoice matters, and ensure minimal discrepancy
• Assist the logistics manager in developing and preparing monthly metrics reports.

• Prepare all required documents related to shipping
• Ensure materials are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to internal documented processes, including planning transportation, selecting mode of transportation
• Weekly and monthly reporting of internal KPIs identified by the Logistics Manager
• Execute the best practices for coordinating the flow of goods and logistics information across all internal teams, departments, and customers
• Foster strong vendor and customer relations
