Fondatrice des crèches bilingues Claudine Olivier®, j’ai un profil multiculturel (plutôt physiquement visible ;) qui m’a naturellement rendue défenseuse de la diversité et de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes.Née au Cameroun de parents français d’origine vietnamienne et camerounaise, j’ai vécu 10 ans entre le Cameroun et la Côte d’Ivoire et ai passé tous mes étés en Californie dans ma famille jusqu’à mon entrée dans la vie active. Fière de mes origines multiculturelles, j’ai toujours souhaité mettre à profit mon enrichissement international au bénéfice d’une expérience entrepreneuriale. Avant Claudine Olivier, j’ai travaillé pendant 10 ans dans le conseil aux entreprises.La naissance de mon ainé et le contexte actuel mondialisé poussant certains à se replier m’ont donné envie de mettre en place un projet éducatif tourné vers l’Autre (et du coup tourné aussi vers soi). Travailler avec les tout-petits en leur transmettant des valeurs humanistes et multiculturelles, c’est aussi les aider à construire la société de demain.Depuis maintenant 8 ans, je travaille dans la petite enfance. En plus de manager et de gérer ces crèches, je me suis formée et ai obtenu mon CAP Petite Enfance.----As the founder of Claudine Olivier® bilingual nurseries, I have a multicultural background (which is quite physically apparent ;) that has naturally made me an advocate for diversity and gender equality.Born in Cameroon to French parents of Vietnamese and Cameroonian descent, I spent 10 years living between Cameroon and Ivory Coast and spent all my summers in California with my family until I started my professional life. Proud of my multicultural origins, I have always wanted to leverage my international experiences for entrepreneurial endeavors. Before starting Claudine Olivier, I worked for 10 years in business consulting.The birth of my elder child and the current global context, which has led some to turn inward, inspired me to create an educational project focused on others (and thereby also on oneself). Working with young children and imparting humanistic and multicultural values to them is also a way to help them build the society of tomorrow. For the past 8 years, I have been working in early childhood education. In addition to managing and overseeing these nurseries, I have trained and obtained my CAP Petite Enfance (French early childhood education certification).
