Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for supporting the development and execution of Be Well OC’s strategic plan, relationship building, and business development initiatives focused on organizational growth, innovation, and sustainability to improve access and close gaps in the behavioral health system of care in Orange County. • Supports the strategic planning process and execution. Assisted with the design and implementation of the organization’s process to develop a 3-year strategic operational plan.• Conducts market analysis of competitive and regulatory landscape to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and sustainment and to ensure relevancy in the behavioral health industry.• Supports market opportunities for new and existing business at Be Well OC Orange Campus, Mobile Response Team Program, and Be Well OC Irvine Campus to open in 2025. Reporting to the enterprise Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for leadership and operational management of the Strategy and Business Integration team, including the establishment of system standards and best practices for strategic execution and management of a strategy portfolio of approximately 30 initiatives annually.
