I currently lead the Growth Product team at Nextdoor rolling into our CPO. Prior to Nextdoor, I led the Camera Kit platform at Snap from 2021-2024 (https://ar.snap.com/camera-kit) which brings Snap's AR to the World. From 2016-2020 I led the growth product team at Snapchat (managing a team of growth PMs) adding 150M+ DAU. I have experience marrying data and design to drive user growth and monetization. I was the first growth PM at Beats Music (acquired by Apple). Previous product experience @ Apple, TinyCo (an a16z startup acquired by Jam City), Zynga and Kayak. I believe in growth through improved user experience. I have 12+ years of PM experience with a track record of scaling growth from zero to one at (1) startups (~50 person a16z startup), (2) pre-IPO to public companies (Snapchat) and (3) Big Tech (Apple).I was born and raised in London, England & studied Econ @ Cambridge.
