I am a certified Food Safety Supervisor with great knowledge of Food safety, Personal hygiene, Safe food preparation and Cooking measures, HACCP, Ordering, Temperature logging, Processing maintenance requests and Stock Rotation. I am confident within all areas of a commercial kitchen, with experience working throughout bistro, buffet, restaurant venues and production kitchens at Treasury Brisbane and as a Production Supervisor at Youfoodz, completing tally’s of 50-65,000 ready to eat meals per day. Throughout my time working at Café Siena/Coopers Manly, I also learnt to make coffee, serve customers in the dining area, process orders through the POS system as well as gaining experience serving cocktails and pouring craft beers.
