I initially started out as a data entry clerk for the Midwest Region responsible for the data entry of Personal Insurance products. This included the forecasting, sourcing, vendor management, logistics, invoicing, delivery, disposition, asset management, warehouse management, system configuration, maintenance, and shipping and receiving. During this time there were many changes in the way business was conducted. We were consistently reviewing processes across the organization to improve efficiencies. CNA was in the process of purchasing and selling off different lines of business. I had left CNA do to a downsizing in 2001 as a Director, in their IT Project Management Office.
