Member of the Leadership Team responsible for the strategic planning, development, operating management, finance and administrative management, and leadership of this $13+ million IT management consulting firm. • Provided strong organizational leadership through a period of massive change and transition while the company was developing new products and services for the growth of the organization. • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Synch-Solutions operations. Created new processes and procedures to streamline productivity. • Duties include but were not limited to the following:o HR Administration –Approved payroll, developed employee handbook and best practices for: performance management, benefits management, salary review, job descriptions, employment process (hire and termination), procured outsourcing firm to provide additional benefits to employees.o Legal/Contract Management – Interface between outside counsel, contract negotiations, contract management, joint venture management, maintained contract templates, nondisclosures, and independent contractor contracts. o Accounting/Finance –Accounts payable, receivable, customer billing general ledger, taxes, audit, departmental budgeting, cash flow management and reporting. Implementation of MS Dynamics system with the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, time and billing modules. o Operations-P/L for Administration Department and acted as Chief of Staff. Responsibilities included: reception, executive support, business certifications and memberships, business licenses, special events, budget management, corporate communications, managed staff at remote office.• Account manager for three client contracts that generated revenues of $1M annually.• Participated in business development and sales activities by assisting in the writing and proofreading of request for proposals (RFP’s).• Prepared organizational budgets and provided analysis on variances.
