Maintain accurate onboarding records including form I9, identity documents, and state compliance documents. Oversee issuing of off boarding documents to separated employees. Investigate and address EthicsPoint complaints submitted by team members and help identify appropriate actions to address concerns. Investigate concerns identified in exit interviews and make recommendations to align with policy and procedures when appropriate. Address HR Compliance inquiries submitted through Salesforce.Client Services: Review employee inquiries submitted to the HR Client Services team through Salesforce. Assist team leaders in addressing employee relations concerns including policy & procedure interpretation, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Address team member concerns including employee relations, performance correction issued, and policy & procedure clarification. Support HR Business Partners in conducting investigations including employee interviews, policy & procedure review, and assessment of appropriate next steps. Collaborate with other department teams including Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Records, and HRIS as needed.Project: Facilitate implementation and data migration into Equifax for new compliance records system.Software Proficiency: Salesforce, PeopleSoft Show less
