Project manager and work stream lead for the design and implementation of the "to be" close process reducing the end to end timeline from 93 to 18 days.  Led design of all financial processes for development of Venture Capital Backed B2C on-line platform connecting party suppliers with consumers including identification of requirements and vendor selection for ERP platform.
