I work toward a world where vulnerable, honest and caring relationships are the norm, power is distributed in ways that allow people to advocate for themselves while working to dismantle systems of oppression, and where work is focussed on creativity, meaningful collaborations, and meeting individual and collective needs. My practice is based on principles of equitable participation, power-sharing and accountability, with foundations in design justice. I provide tailored consultancy and support for organisations and individuals.Alongside small group facilitation, I offer 1:1 support, mentoring and guidance for practitioners who want to turn critical theory into practice, acting as a learning partner.
