- Commissioned Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces, holding the rank of Major.- Recipient of SAF Army Officer of the Year award - Active Duty (2008 - 2010): Battalion Manpower Officer, in charge of peacetime administration and operation planning for an infantry battalion of 500 soldiers. -- Creating and leading a new outfit to drive digital transformation in a 3000-strong division, and chart out the overall ops-tech masterplan.-- Mentoring a product management team to create an end-to-end customer management ecosystem that would unify 50+ systems and 300+ processes onto a common platform and workflow.-- Formed an incubation lab to rapidly prototype and implement new tech tools to drive staff productivity. The new outfit has developed 4 tools and saved ~2,000 man-hours within six months of set-up.

- On secondment from HDB- Key Responsibilities: Regulatory role overseeing all Town Councils in Singapore. Provide direct recommendations to Political Appointment Holders on policy matters related to Town Councils.- Key Achievements: (1) Policy Deskhead leading implementation of COVID-19 Safe Management Measures at common areas. Coordinated across government agencies to provide policy and operational guidance to Town Councils. (2) Led team conceptualising and operationalising the Digital Display Panels initiative, as part of Singapore’s Smart Nation drive. These panels has since been rolled out across all HDB estates.

- Recipient of HDB Undergraduate Scholarship (Overseas)- Key Responsibilities: (1) Conducted analysis and forecasts of the HDB resale market. Made recommendations on market developments and policy responses to Senior Management. (2) Built simulation models to estimate the potential impact of proposed policy changes, adding quantitative rigour to the policy formulation process.- Key Achievements: (1) Spearheaded the use of analytics in HDB. Worked with Management to integrate data science and programming techniques in market analysis and policy formulation (2) Led a cross-departmental team constructing a comprehensive database of all HDB households, integrating information from 15 different systems. This is a first-of-its-kind data panel that leverages big data tools for cross-household and cross-time analysis (3) Led innovation team applying data analytics to optimise internal job rotations and deployment

- Key Responsibilities: Led a team of 10 to provide post-sales services to HDB residents, ranging from lease administration, flat maintenance and mortgage arrears management. - Key Achievements: (1) Built risk profiling model to identify households most likely to require mortgage assistance (2) Built analytics model to predict parking demand at hotspots and recommend mitigation measures (3) Kickstarted partnership with Social Service Office for integrated case management of needy residents
