We built a new breed of job sites catering to niche markets with core focus on user interaction and experience - breathing new life to legacy job boards.Pitched to and received funding from YCombinator.Grew the company to 2000+ clients. Established partnerships with Reddit as well multiple game related website.

Conceptualized and produced designs of 6 IPs (social games) and numerous social applications amassing over 150MM users on the Facebook platform. Collaborated with stakeholders to conceptualized and design ideation. Employed metric-driven design decisions, highly iterative product designs and UCD principles to improve user engagement, overall experiences and substantial traffic increase . Responsibilities also include working hands on with the front-end dev team to ensure successful product build with best in class design implementation, mentoring and building an excellent ui team.

Provided creative direction and produced full-spectrum creatives (landing pages, video ads, banner ads, print & web collaterals, etc) targetting over 4 million unique visits per month across 8 brand lines: AgentConnect, Connecting Neighbors, iMotors, Realty Now, iCastle, CarClub, OpenAuto.Worked closely with executives, marketing & engineering team to translate concepts into simple & functional products. Saw projects through design, production and implementation. Directed and mentored junior designers in methods that increased productivity and creativity simultaneously.

Set & prop modeler for a number of hit franchises: Sims 2: Next Generation, Sims Urbz, Sims City 3000, Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth, Ultima, James Bond while at New Pencil.Headed off the Sportvision 3D team, produced renderings of Nascar tracks for the PitCommand product line. Sportvision is a leading media effects company that specializes in broadcast TV enhancements such as the virtual first down line in football games (1st and Ten), a virtual strike zone for baseball (KZone), and a system for illustrating course details in golf (Virtual Caddy). Viewership in 70+ million television households during peak season.
