Over the past nine years, my professional journey has encompassed diverse roles in operations and leadership. Since 2020, I have served as the Sr. Health Information Operations Manager at Ciox Health, where I've overseen a substantial team of over 150 associates and nurtured relationships with more than 200 clients. My responsibilities included managing P&L, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA standards to protect patient records. Additionally, I've acted as the primary account manager, leading recruitment, staff development, and handling escalated issues while actively participating in operational strategies and initiatives.From 2016 to 2020, I worked as the Operation Manager at Sharecare HDS, delivering top-quality release of information services across multiple client EMR systems and locations. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, I served as an Escalation Desk Agent at Pace America, excelling in technical support, coaching, and workforce operations.My experience reflects a proven history of leadership, problem-solving, and customer-centric roles across various industries, with a specific focus on healthcare and operational management.
